Wing Haven is two public gardens -- Wing Haven Garden & Bird Sanctuary at 248 Ridgewood Avenue and the Elizabeth Lawrence House & Garden at 348 Ridgewood Avenue. The gardens provide an urban recreational and educational resource in the heart of one of the South's largest metropolitian cities. Wing Haven provides a natural oasis for reflection and study, and programs and events annually for both children and adults. We also provide outreach to at-risk preschool children through our PEEPs (Preschool Environmental Education Program) initiative. Garden Open Hours Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Admission $10, children 10 and under free.
Mission Statement: Cultivating sanctuary in nature, environmental stewardship and the legacy of southern horticulture.
