The Rock Hill Poet Laureate program is a program that promotes literacy, community involvement and civic engagement through the art of poetry. The Rock Hill Poet Laureate hosts workshops, special events and conducts projects to engage the community and provide connections through both the written and oral traditions of poetry in order to enhance the local community.
