CROWN

CROWN is the Charlotte chapter of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation. While we are not performers, we believe learning about and appreciating wildlife and nature inspires all art forms.  Our events include Kids in Nature day where kids have hands-on experiences with a variety of materials from nature and "I Spy" nature walks where families explore the natural artwork of our world.  Many of our members enjoy nature photography as a hobby.  The free monthly community nature programs are designed to educate, inspire, and engage the residents of Charlotte in the wonder and beauty of the natural world in our city.

Hours & Admission
Free monthly community nature programs are on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30, September - May (no program in December). Kids in Nature Day is Sunday, October 27, 2019, 2pm-5pm at Freedom Park. Other events are held on various days and times that are posted on the Facebook page - CROWN - The Charlotte Chapter of the North Carolina Wildlife Federation and the website www.crowncharlotte.org
