Ignite Charlotte
Ignite Charlotte, founded in 2010 by independent event producer Bridget B. Sullivan, is a North Carolina state licensed non-profit organization that hosts an evening of fast and fun presentations. Selected speakers use 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds, giving them a total talk time of 5 minutes. Those who have the guts to get on-stage talk about something they are personally or professionally passionate about and are instructed to Enlighten us, but make it quick!
The first Ignite took place in Seattle in 2006, and since then the event has become an international phenomenon with over 350 cities staging an Ignite event around the world.
