Rumbao Latin Dance Company
Founded in March of 2013, Rumbao Latin Dance Company represents the vision of few Charlotte salseros to provide a fusion of fun and technique for New York Style On2 Salsa Dancing. This vision is constantly growing and changing to provide the best performance and instruction possible with an emphasis on Rumba (party, having fun) and the Tumbao (the percussive beat in salsa music which On2 dancing follows). Rumbao is formed by a group of talented and dedicated individuals who love latin dancing and are always striving to new heights. Rumbao currently performs at festivals, private events and teaches class every Tuesday. We also put on a monthly salsa social every fourth Friday of the month. See you there!
