Founded by Tony Arreaza, Carlotan Talents’ mission is to cultivate and promote Latin music and culture in the Charlotte Area. Tony is a local musician and promoter with more than two decades of experience organizing large-scale events. In 2011, Creative Loafing named him one of the most influential music promoters in the area.
