North Mecklenburg Community Chorus
Inspired by Mrs. Belle Banks, NMCC, Inc. is committed to continuing her legacy in service to, and enrichment of, the arts community. Established in 2010, North Mecklenburg Community Chorus, (NMCC) Inc., is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that encourages community participation through live choral performances. Our vision is to be recognized as a leading community chorus representing quality entertainment that engages, entertains, and enriches the lives of the residents of the North Charlotte/Lake Norman area. NMCC strives to cultivate an atmosphere that: encourages friendships and camaraderie; promotes skills development and a continuous striving for musical and artistic excellence through focused and well-organized rehearsals, including sectionals and choreography; and engages members to willingly participate in related activities such as: performance production, marketing and fundraising.
