Senior Dance

This class is designed for senior adults to improve flexibility, breath, balance, mobility and fluidity by exploring various elements of ballet, jazz, modern and improvisation. Participants can choose to take the class seated, standing or a combination of both! This class will take place Thursdays from 3-4 PM, July 11-September 26, 2024.
