Free Weekly Community Dance Class: Senior Dance

Tuesdays from 11 AM - 12 PM: Senior adults improve flexibility, breath, balance, mobility, and fluidity by exploring various elements of ballet, jazz, modern, and improvisation. Participants can choose to take the class seated, standing, or a combination of both.
