Charlotte NC alt-rockers, Of Good Nature, have built a strong buzz with quick attention to their newly released music along with a steady wave of tour dates. Their fusion-friendly approach and openness to explore a range of styles has lead to a highly accessible sound which has recently spread like wildfire across festivals, cruises, blogs, and radio stations. “Take Me Anywhere” has been featured on Sirius XM’s The Pulse, while “Feels Right” and “Be The Day” are streamed on a handful of popular Spotify playlists including Happy Songs For The Office, Easy Like Sunday Morning, and Reggae Summer Beach.
The band’s high-energy live show has caught on across the United States. OGN was invited for a second appearance aboard Train’s Sail Across The Sun Cruise and has supported headliners Sublime with Rome, Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, George Clinton, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Gym Class Heroes, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Blues Traveler, Common Kings, Steel Pulse, and many more. They’ve also received recognition for their past studio work, seeing their debut album, Just Add Water, won Indie-Ville’s Reggae Album of the Year and sophomore album Life Worth Livin, debuted at #5 on iTunes Reggae Albums Charts.
Up there with the hardest grinding bands in the nation, the group’s seemingly never-ending tour schedule continues with the announcement of a nationwide tour, celebrating the success of their recording collaborations with Danny Kalb (Beck, Ben Harper, Foster the People, The Movement) at White Star Sound in Charlottesville VA. The good vibes of the new singles are hitting hard with OGN fans, unveiling whats to expect of the full-length release dropping Spring 2019.

Porch 40 delivers a hip take on modern Rock & Pop with funky undertones that highlight their clever arrangements. The band formed in 2012 at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Word of their unforgettable live performances quickly attracted regional attention and and a loyal, growing following.
In 2014 Porch 40 recorded their first album “Spread It Heavy” at Reflection Sound Studios in Charlotte, North Carolina, with Mark Williams (Southern Culture On The Skids) engineering, Jamie Hoover of the legendary Spongetones producing, and the renowned Dan Millice mastering. They were the last band to record in that historic studio.
Most recently, Porch 40 wrapped up the recording of their highly anticipated sophomore album, with a release date yet to be set. This album showcases a diversely talented band always pushing their boundaries. The album is produced by Robert Mercurio from Galactic; mixed/mastered by Count aka Mikael Eldridge (Radiohead, Blink 182, The Revivalists, Portugal the Man) and was tracked at Parlor Recording Studio in New Orleans, LA.
From festivals such as the famous Bele Chere in Asheville and the highly touted Sweetwater 420 Fest in Atlanta, to clubs across the southeast including The House of Blues in New Orleans, The Orange Peel in Asheville, and The Fillmore in Charlotte, the band has a committed and wildly dedicated fan base.
Porch 40 is especially known for their extraordinarily intense live shows and high level of musicianship. They have shared the stage and performed with Blues Traveler, Galactic, The Doobie Brothers, The Marshall Tucker Band, REO Speedwagon, Leftover Salmon, Jackie Greene, Tauk, Big Something, Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real, The Suffers, Dirty Dozen Brass Band and more.

Scott Burr - Vocals/Saxophone, Andrew Duncan -Vocals/Rhythm Guitar, Carter McDevitt -Vocals/Bass, Mitchell Metz - Vocals/Violin and Brett Wilson - Drums.
Formed initially as an experiment in diverse songwriting, Rare Creatures has grown into a full on rock spectacle. Their sound navigates between heavy synth rock and melodic acoustic rhythms seamlessly from song to song, switching it up around every corner. Influenced by bands from Alt-J to King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, with some ethnic spices sprinkled in for good measure. The group is fronted by Coleman Sawyer on vocals and guitar, with Hugh Camp on bass and synthesizer, Aaron Reece on lead guitar, and Logan Crank banging the drums. Their debut album was released on July 27th, 2018.
