Denver Days

Come ride the rides and have some thrills with something for everyone from very young to those of us daredevils! Walk the midway and play some games of chance. Visit the craft and jewelry vendors and the local businesses who want to tell you about themselves. Great food will be on hand and we will have music every night!

Parking & Transit

From Charlotte: Take Highway 16 North You can get on Highway 16N by taking the 16N exit off Route 277 (Brookshire Blvd) or the 16N exit off of 77N. You will go roughly 16 miles on Highway 16N from the intersection of 16 and 85 to the last exit on the "new" highway 16, the Lincolnton/Huntersville exit. At the exit turn right onto highway 73 and go 1/2 mile to the intersection of old highway 16 and highway 73. At the light turn left onto old highway 16 North. From the intersection of 16 and 73 continue north on Highway 16 approximately another 1½ miles to the Denver Days Fall Festival on Triangle Circle (Just behind the Hotsy Company building, Look for the signs!). From NC Rt 77 (Huntersville) Take Highway 73 West to Highway 16 North Take the Huntersville exit 25 off of NC Rt 77 and go west on Rt NC 73. Take 73 approximately 7.8 miles to The intersection with Highway 16N. (As you travel on 73 going west you will pass the Duke Energy McGuire Nuclear Plant on your right and then cross the Catawba River and pass the Cowans Ford Dam on your right. It is 2.6 miles from the bridge over the Catawba river to the intersection of Highway 16N.) From the intersection of 16 and 73 turn right to go north on Highway 16 approximately another 1½ miles to the Denver Days Fall Festival on Triangle Circle (Just behind the Hotsy Company building, Look for the signs!).. From Lincolnton Take Route 27 East to Route 73 East to Highway 16 North From the center of Lincolnton take Main Street East (Route 27) and travel east. When you cross the intersection with Rt 321 continue east on 27 approximately 3 miles to the intersection of Rt 73. Turn left onto Rt 73 and travel east 12.4 miles to the intersection of Highway 16 N. From the intersection of 16 and 73 turn left to go north on Highway16 approximately another 1½ miles to the Denver Days Fall Festival on Triangle Circle (Just behind the Hotsy Company building, Look for the signs!). From Gastonia Take Rt 85 North to Rt 273 North to Highway 16 North If you know the "back roads" there are a number of different ways to get to Highway 16 North. One way is to take 85 North towards Charlotte and get off at exit 27 (Mt. Holly/Belmont). Take Rt 273 North towards Mt Holly and follow it all the way until it ends at Highway 16, (approximately 7.3 miles). Turn left onto highway 16 and travel north. You will go approximately 6.4 miles until Highway 16 intersects with Rt 73. From the intersection of 16 and 73 continue north on Highway 16 approximately another 1½ miles to the Denver Days Fall Festival on Triangle Circle (Just behind the Hotsy Company building, Look for the signs!). From Hickory Take Rt 321 South to Rt 150 (and 27) East to Rt 73 East to Highway 16 North (Or for the Scenic Route: Take Rt 40 East to Highway 16 South) Take Route 321 South to Route 150 (Lincolnton exit). Turn left off the exit and go east on 150 (which is also Rt 27 at this point) and travel approximately 3 miles to the intersection of Rt 73. Turn left onto Rt 73 and travel east 12.4 miles to the intersection of Highway 16 N. From the intersection of 16 and 73 turn left to go north on Highway 16 approximately another 1½ miles to the Denver Days Fall Festival on Triangle Circle (Just behind the Hotsy Company building, Look for the signs!).
