Please join Music at St. Alban's for a concert by The Charlotte Master Chorale Chamber Singers, a smaller ensemble of voices from the Charlotte Master Chorale. Under the direction of Artistic Director Kenney Potter, the ensemble will perform a program titled Poets featuring poetry by William Shakespeare, Harry T. Burleigh, Sara Teasdale, Ogden Nash, Paul Laurence Dunbar, and Maya Angelou in musical settings by contemporary composers such as Eric Whitacre, Susan LaBarr, and others. The concert will be preceded by performances by young flute students of Shirley Gilpin, and by M@SA's own Youth Board Member Isaac Barsoum, at 2:20 p.m. A meet-the-artists reception follows the concert.

Parking & Transit

From the light at Main Street. and Concord Road, turn onto Concord. Go approximately one mile to St. Alban’s Lane. Turn left. You will see the church tower straight ahead. The entrance to the parking lot is to the left of the church. There are two handicap-access parking spaces on the upper level.
