Join 2023 Loose Leaves Artists for a day of moving, grooving, and community! LOOSE LEAVES LEGACY aims to provide a space for all Charlotte Dance Artists to present their work. This special partnership between Inspire Inclusion Dance and Loose Leaves kicks off the 2023 Loose Leaves season.

Movement Rituals with Rayni Collins 2-3pm

Participants will explore meaningful movement rituals and, with guidance, will mindfully create a new ritual. All are welcome!

Movement Improvisation and Alexander Technique with Lisa First 3-4pm

Join Alexander Technique Instructor Lisa First for a guided improvisational-based class. This class invites freedom through integrated functioning. All are welcome!
