Drum Party + All Ages Dance Class
This class Introduces basic dance styles, techniques and movements to participants while improving gross motor skills, increasing mental and muscle memory, and increasing cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility and coordination.
Classes will include technique, and basic elements of dance as building blocks for moving together and having fun
Wednesdays from 5-6pm
Join us before this class from 4:30-5pm for a jam session with the notorious drummer, BaBa!
