Join Inspire Inclusion Dance for a FREE online dance class.
Each week will focus on a different element of dance, utilizing live drumming by drummer BaBa, improvisational elements, and guided standing, seated, or grounded practices to explore movement in one's own body.
This class is designed for dancers with and without disabilities.
Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am ET
