Speaker: Christopher Woods - Garden Writer, Horticulturalist

As our feature speaker during our 2020 Lecture Series, Chris Woods delighted the audience with his wit and wisdom, both in horticulture and in life.

Our Director of Education & Outreach, Jill Goodrich, invited Chris back, stating, "we want more of Chris!" He graciously agreed to join the current Lecture Series line-up, but what could he share now? In Chris's words: "When last we met, I spoke about my book "GardenLust." Now, I live in England, having fled Covid-19 and the excitement of American life. I am working on a new book, this time about wild places around the world. I will take the audience on a tour of some of the wild places I have visited, as well as some of the manufactured gardens in England that still appeal to me."

You won't want to miss this energetic, inspiring, and entertaining romp around the world through Chris's eyes!
