Charlotte Trolley Powerhouse Museum
With a view to the past and a hint of the future, Charlotte Trolley Museum is a volunteer organization dedicated to returning vintage streetcars to Charlotte. Located in Historic South End, the trolley will reach into downtown Charlotte, bringing entertainment, history and culture to the doors of visitors and neighbors in the Queen City. Trolleys built Charlotte's earliest neighborhoods - moving people around town and bringing neighbors together daily in their community. Today, Charlotte Trolley, Inc. continues to bring people together as neighbors, to connect with history, learn and have fun on Charlotte's favorite mode of transportation.
